Free Events for Leicester Art Week

Leicester Art Week is back from Friday 12th November, running until Sunday 21st November. The festival includes over 50 visual art exhibitions and events taking place across Leicester.

Here are a select few events from Leicester Museums & Galleries that you can join in on. All are free to attend and some are family friendly.

Free Art Workshop: Soundtrack the Gallery
Fri 19 November
Blend music, technology and artwork in an interactive workshop with artist Les Hayden. Using apps which generate sound through touch, you’ll create a musical composition to the acclaimed German Expressionism artworks in Leicester Museum & Art Gallery. No musical experience necessary.
