Vintage Bus Trips from St Margaret's Bus Station
Free Event
Event Description
Leicester Transport Heritage Trust invite you to experience a ride on a vintage bus!

Construction work at St Margaret's Bus Station is now complete and the site will be formally opened on Sunday 26 June at 12.30pm, when members of the public will be able to have a look around the site as part of a special open afternoon that runs until 4pm.
Leicester Transport Heritage Trust will be inviting visitors to explore the history of bus travel with a display of vintage vehicles as part of the launch event, and there will be a chance to take a trip back in time with a free vintage bus service between St Margaret’s Bus Station and Abbey Pumping Station.
The vintage bus will travel between St Margret’s Bus Station and Abbey Pumping Station throughout the afternoon 1pm - 4pm.
There will be return trips and you can travel from either location to the other.
