Join us at Abbey Pumping Station for our first wedding open day of 2024!

On the day, you'll have the chance to meet our friendly team, on hand to answer all your questions and provide personalised advice. They'll guide you through your dream day from start to finish, completely tailored to suit your unique vision.

Abbey Pumping Station, Leicester’s industrial museum, provides a truly unique setting for your special day. From the moment you and your guests enter this magnificent 120-year-old monument to fine Victorian engineering, you are transported to a bygone era.

Host your intimate wedding ceremony surrounded by beautifully-finished ornate ironwork in the Beam Engine House or Electric Switch Room.  Our permanent marquee seats up to 160 guests for your reception and couples are welcome to arrange their own external caterers.
