You are welcome to have musical performers and we have a beautiful Steinway grand piano available to hire. The gallery has a modern audio visual system and hearing loop.
We can now offer ceremonies in our popular dinosaur and fossil galleries – delightful for adults and children.
The Lord Mayor’s Room is also available for weddings and, along with the Parlour, is ideal for holding a drinks reception where guests can toast your bond.
Our impressive new entrance and staircase, the attractive Museum Square and historic New Walk, bordered by grand townhouses, all provide stunning settings for your wedding photographs.
Only five minutes from the train station, Leicester Museum & Art Gallery has full access for wheelchair users and guide dogs are welcome. Limited car parking is available.
Prices start from £810 for a ceremony only package and from £900 for a daytime drinks reception. No corkage is charge for couples wishing to provide their own drinks.
